Have you met Paul “St. Paul” Rodriguez? Born in the Bronx, this Wyoming native recording artist is bringing diversity to Hip-Hop. Like most all lyricist he began writing poetry and it morphed into something bigger. He first knew he had an act for rhyming to the beat in the 4th grade during an activity called “Build a song”, where it all came easy to freestyle words to music.
In 2009, he released his first album Highly Concentrated after a friend encouraged him to take his rhyming to another level. To his surprise, the album sold extremely well. To date he has 2 albums, 3 mixtapes, and several free songs online at fans request. “I want to make a time capsule of my life, because music is like an audio capsule. I want to leave a legacy behind.”
St. Paul has collaborated with artist such as Crown Royyal, Feeki, and Moss. Some fan favorites are “I Won’t”, “Marinating”, and “Let It Go”. Check out his latest project, St. Paul The Saint & The Sinner, a Double-Disc album. For more information or to purchase CD’s visit www.TheRealStPaul.com
