Trudy Robicheaux is from a small, rural town in Central Louisiana, along the Atchafalaya River. In her early twenties, she acquired an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Medical Assisting. After fifteen years in the medical field, she was forced to retire due to accident and illness. In 2010, she began writing as an outlet to manage the stress of her early retirement. Some of her earliest work includes, Reyanne's Rainbow Swamp,This House, and 30 Days Of Truth, A Truth In The Word Fellowship Devotional.

 

Reyanne’s Rainbow is a children's book beautifully written to help children, who are suffering with childhood depression, find solace in the Louisiana swamp. This House is an anthology inspired by her and various other authors depicted from their own impression of a photograph posted on Facebook. 100% of the proceeds from This House is donated to cancer research. 30 Days Of Truth, A Truth In The Word Fellowship Devotional is a Bible Study Devotional aiding in building a closer relationship with God.

 

Trudy Robicheaux has published a short story trilogy novella, Parish, an e-book through Book Tango, accounting the grim tales of abused women in Louisiana, in which a portion of the proceeds are donated to victims of domestic violence. Currently, she is writing in the genre of Christian Romance/Mystery.
